Wholesale Policies & Info

First of all, thank you for your interest! I want to make this super easy for you, so I am listing my wholesale terms and conditions below. They are pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any questions that haven't been addressed, please contact me at Katherine@KatMariacaStudio.com or here for an online contact form.

In the meantime, if this will be your first purchase, please send me an email with the information you will find here. Once I receive that info, I'll forward a PDF of my latest downloadable line sheet to you.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Please place your orders through email. We will soon have sales reps and will be in a position to take phone, fax and web orders as well. In the meantime, please use this email address:

TERMS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover cards. We also offer PayPal and Amazon payment processing. Checks are accepted, but please note that orders will not be processed until the check clears. Initial orders must be paid in full via any of these methods prior to shipment.

All orders are charged at time of shipment. Terms (Net 10, Net 30) may be extended to our retail partners with excellent credit histories and references. Please note that subsequent orders will not be shipped to accounts with outstanding balances.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Our minimum opening order is $150. Subsequent orders have a minimum of $100 per shipment.

Our MOQ's (minimum order quantities) are as follows:

Cards - 6 per design

Boxed Card Sets - 6 boxes per design

Matted Art Prints - 4 per design

Studio Joe Mugs - 4 per design

Studio Tote Bags - 4 per design

Studio Tees - Shirts - 4 per design, per size & per shirt color

 

    SHIPPING

    Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days from fully-paid date, from New Hampshire - or on the specific date you request. Invoices are sent via email at time of shipment and include final shipping costs. 
    Depending upon the shipment size, domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Larger orders may ship via UPS Ground. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments will have a tracking number, which will be included on your final invoice.

    If you would prefer a different shipping method - or would like to use your own shipping account number, please let us know when you are placing your order.

    PACKAGING, DISPLAY, etc.

    All products are individually packaged in protective sleeves and/or boxes (such as card sets or mugs). These products must be displayed in this original packaging. Sets and multi-unit items cannot be broken up or sold individually.

    ONLINE SALES

    If you sell Kat Mariaca Studio products online, credit must be given to Kat Mariaca Studio in the product descriptions. While you may offer these products on your store's website, you may not sell them through third-party retailers (Etsy, Amazon, eBay, WayFair, etc.).

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Damaged or defective items will be promptly exchanged for product or credit. All claims must be made withing 5 days of receipt. Unsold seasonal or holiday items may not be returned.
